Job Description

We are looking for a talented Industrial Engineer responsible for designing and streamlining production processes. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong background in process optimization and will contribute to delivering high-quality products while minimizing waste and downtime.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend improvements.
• Create documentation for process changes and updates.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste.
• Train staff on new processes and practices to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor ongoing process performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers to enhance quality and delivery performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector
