Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us derive actionable insights from complex datasets. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to guide strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards for data reporting.
• Assist in the development of predictive models to guide business strategies.
• Work closely with IT and database teams to streamline data processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on data tools and techniques.
• Identify improvement opportunities in data management and analytics.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience

• Tableau/Power BI
• Statistical Analysis

Certifications

• Google Data Analytics Certificate
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
