• Conduct time and motion studies to facilitate efficient workflows.
• Lead or assist with continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Utilize software/tools for simulation and modeling of engineering processes.
• Prepare and present project proposals for management approval.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
