Join us as an Architect, where you will be responsible for developing high-quality architectural designs that meet the needs of our clients in Durban. You will collaborate with a talented team of professionals, utilizing the latest technology and design approaches, while ensuring that all projects comply with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire design process and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure designs meet their vision and requirements.
• Utilize advanced architectural software to create 3D models and renderings.
• Review and approve technical drawings prepared by junior staff.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
• Maintain documentation related to design specifications and project progression.
• Collaborate with urban planners to ensure designs integrate well within community plans.
• Facilitate presentations and design charrettes to gather feedback and ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture

• 3D Modeling Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• English: Fluent
