We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee daily fleet activities, improve operational efficiency, and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of fleet management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles within the fleet.
• Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and standards.
• Implement best practices for fuel management to reduce costs.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and servicing.
• Conduct fleet inspections to maintain high safety standards.
• Manage fleet insurance and risk assessment activities.
• Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle usage and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align fleet operations with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in fleet operations management
