We are seeking a talented Cybersecurity Consultant to join our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and managing cybersecurity risks, developing security strategies, and implementing robust security controls to protect sensitive information. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead security compliance initiatives to adhere to industry regulations.
• Conduct security awareness training for staff.
• Assess third-party vendors' security practices.
• Analyze security incidents and work on remediation efforts.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to security architecture.
• Collaborate with management to align security strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity
