We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of IT support systems and an eagerness to resolve technical issues effectively. This role involves responding to technical issues, maintaining hardware systems, and ensuring optimal performance of IT solutions across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Support IT initiatives involving new software implementation.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and fill in orders as needed.
• Collaborate with external vendors for advanced technical support.
• Analyze issues and recommend improvements for IT processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss technical challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support
