Job Description

We're on the lookout for an On-site Training Coordinator to lead and facilitate employee training programs in Johannesburg. This role will focus on assessing training needs, designing curriculum, and ensuring effective delivery to enhance workforce skills. Ideal candidates should have a passion for education and the ability to motivate and engage participants in a learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs within the workforce.
  • Create customized training programs and curricula to meet those needs.
  • Lead on-site training sessions and workshops for staff.
  • Evaluate training results, adapting programs as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of best practices in training and development.
  • Work closely with team leaders to develop training schedules.
  • Produce training materials that enhance learning experiences.
  • Encourage employee engagement and commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Ensure seamless logistics and communication for training sessions.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees post-training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education or Human Resource Development
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training or education
