• Align curriculum objectives with local educational standards and requirements.
• Utilize feedback from stakeholders to enhance learning materials.
• Produce supporting documentation and instructional materials for educators.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
• Work with multimedia designers to create supportive digital resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology or a related field
• PhD is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in educational program development
