We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our dedicated team in East London. You will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Monitor help desk tickets to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software applications.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
  • Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Provide technical support during company events and training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support
