We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations, ensuring that all payroll functions are executed efficiently and accurately. You will serve as a critical point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analyses and explain discrepancies.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related role.
