The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing chemical processes, ensuring optimal production efficiency while maintaining safety and environmental standards. You will play a vital role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop innovative chemical processes to improve productivity.
• Evaluate potential improvements to currently used processes.
• Collaborate with environmental specialists to minimize waste production.
• Conduct quality control testing and analysis on products.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in all engineering practices.
• Document process changes and update relevant SOPs.
• Lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring all phases are completed on time.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment

• Chemical Process Modelling

Certifications

• Process Safety Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Project management experience: Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a chemical manufacturing setting.
