The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety and sustainability in all designs. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering structural solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design efforts for complex engineering projects.
• Utilize advanced modeling software to evaluate designs.
• Conduct field reviews and support site construction efforts.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Engage in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Interface with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance project outcomes.
• Write technical reports and documentation for compliance.
• Support proposals and bid documents preparation.
• Foster relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Pr. Eng. status is highly beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Project Management Software

• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Professional Registration with ECSA

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent
