Job Description

The Household Appliances Salesperson will be responsible for selling a range of household appliances to a diverse customer base. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and the ability to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding their purchases.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Stay informed about competitor products and pricing.
• Train new sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• A diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration will be advantageous.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in the household appliances industry.

• Ability to handle objections and deal with difficult customers

• English: Fluent
• Setswana: Conversational
