Job Description

As a Cargo and Freight Agent at ABC Logistics, you will coordinate and manage all aspects of freight transportation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Your interactions with clients, logistics providers, and internal teams will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure shipments are handled efficiently.
• Prepare reports on freight operations and performance metrics.
• Conduct audits of freight documentation and processes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the transportation process.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• Proven track record in managing freight operations.

Languages
