Responsibilities

• Perform psychological evaluations and provide feedback to clients.
• Lead therapeutic sessions focused on mental well-being.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and sessions for record-keeping.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental wellness.
• Assist with the development of mental health programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs within the healthcare system.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
• Additional certifications in therapy modalities are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical environment
