Job Description

As an Asphalt Plant Operator, you will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of our asphalt plant. You will ensure high-quality production of asphalt paving materials while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of the asphalt plant machinery.
• Manage inventory of asphalt raw materials and supplies.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure production meets specifications.
• Conduct emergency drills and safety training for plant personnel.
• Implement efficiency improvements in plant processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in plant operations or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in asphalt plant operation
