Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing best practices in inventory management. Your expertise will help drive efficiencies and improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to optimize inbound and outbound operations.
• Ensure the implementation of safety and quality procedures within the warehouse.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and carriers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and address any issues.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain relevant reports on inventory and warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages
