Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail experience for our customers in Cape Town. You will lead a vibrant team and oversee daily operations, with a focus on maximizing profitability and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met.
• Oversee inventory management and loss prevention initiatives.
• Plan and implement store layouts and merchandising standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Drive promotional campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Manage supplier relationships for timely product deliveries.
• Maintain high levels of staff engagement and communication.
• Coordinate training sessions for new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all retail policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role
