Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of sewing machines to create footwear.
• Design and modify patterns based on customer requests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to eco-friendly practices in manufacturing.
• Assist in packing and preparing finished goods for shipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in garment production is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the textile industry, specifically in shoe manufacturing
