Job Description

The Beater Worker Helper will support the beater worker in the pulp and paper industry by operating machinery, loading and unloading materials, and performing routine maintenance tasks. This role is critical to ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the beater worker with machine setup and adjustments.
  • Handle materials with care to avoid contamination.
  • Assist in troubleshooting machinery and reporting issues to maintenance staff.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to company policies.
  • Gather necessary tools and materials for production tasks.
  • Assist in the training of new staff as required.
  • Perform clean-up and organization of the production area.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude towards team members.
  • Document production parameters and outputs for quality control.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training or certification in a manufacturing field is preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
