Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed variance analysis to assess budget adherence.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports for departmental reviews.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide financial insights.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
• Utilize financial software for data analysis and reporting.
• Provide training on financial policies and procedures to staff.
• Interpret financial results and develop recommendations for management.
• Liaise with external financial consultants and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Advanced degrees like an MBA are preferred

Experience

• Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools is preferred
