Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one consultations with clients to discuss their retirement savings goals.
• Analyze clients' existing retirement plans and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create comprehensive retirement savings plans and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Monitor market trends and economic factors that may impact retirement savings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial advising.
• Manage documentation for client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client strategies and share insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or financial services
