Responsibilities

• Engage in financial modeling and transaction structuring.
• Provide analytical support in evaluating investment opportunities.
• Assist in creating comprehensive client reports.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in audit reviews and compliance checks.
• Assist with the organization and execution of client presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or a related field
