Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified CMS Specialist to enhance our web development team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our content management systems, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and modification of CMS functionalities.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement a visually appealing user interface.
• Generate performance reports and present findings to the management team.
• Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders regarding content inquiries.
• Identify areas for improvement and work on optimizing site performance.
• Facilitate content migrations and upgrades as necessary.
• Ensure that the CMS is fully integrated with other marketing tools.
• Respond promptly to system alerts and notifications to mitigate issues.
• Engage in continuous learning about emerging CMS technologies.
• Participate in strategic planning for future CMS enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or certification in Web Development or related fields

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working within a CMS environment

• Drupal
