Job Description

Join us as a Help Desk Support technician! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. If you're passionate about technology and dedicated to customer service, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service while troubleshooting issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Monitor system performance and report irregularities.
  • Assist with setup and deployment of new equipment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional interaction with clients.
  • Conduct follow-up with users to verify resolution success.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk environment

  • ITIL Framework

Languages
  • English: Fluent

  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems: Basic understanding and troubleshooting of Linux environments.
