Responsibilities

• Evaluate the feasibility of designs against budget and timeline.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements in architecture.
• Deliver projects that are aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sustainable.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional accreditation is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive design experience

Technical Skills

• 3D modeling software
• Environmental Design principles

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Team leadership

Certifications

• Professional Architect License

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
