Job Description

We are seeking a talented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing clinical trial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and collaborating with investigators to enhance the quality of research outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including patient interactions and data collection.
  • Collaborate with lead researchers to refine study designs and methodologies based on emerging research.
  • Analyze and interpret data, providing insights to enhance study outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and ethical guidelines throughout the research process.
  • Organize and participate in training sessions for site staff and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all project-related inquiries and communications.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents and IRB applications as needed.
  • Implement quality control measures to optimize trial efficiency and participant safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a health-related field
  • PhD is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research
