Job Description

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner to join our dedicated healthcare team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will provide a high standard of medical care, diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions, and engage with patients to promote health education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose patient conditions.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
• Promote health education and preventive care within the community.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate qualifications in family medicine preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in family medicine or general practice preferred

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
