UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create seamless user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to execution.
• Implement user-centered design practices in all projects.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Guide and mentor junior design team members.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and define design requirements.
• Analyze user data to continuously improve the user experience.
• Present design proposals to clients and team members.
• Create interactive prototypes for user testing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or a related field
• A Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in e-commerce design: Prior experience designing for e-commerce platforms and user journeys.
