Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders, leading project teams and maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality controls. Your role is crucial in managing risks and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. This position demands an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules using project management software.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related communications.
  • Establish project budgets and track expenses.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Engage in problem-solving and conflict resolution as necessary.
  • Report project progress regularly to senior management.
  • Ensure project compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management
