Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced General Practitioner to join our dynamic medical team in Cape Town. As a vital part of our clinic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of health issues, providing preventive care, and building strong relationships with patients. Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate patient care across various units.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for effective treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and discharge planning.
  • Conduct assessments and document patient information accurately.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitized environment in compliance with health standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations.
  • Mentor and support junior staff and nursing students.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a specific nursing specialty such as pediatrics or geriatrics
