Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You'll work closely with developers and product managers to design and execute test plans, and identify defects to improve our products' performance and reliability. Responsibilities

• Design test strategies and execute test cases across different stages of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement related to QA and testing.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from end-users.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in quality assurance.
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new QA team members.

• Knowledge of Selenium Grid: Experience with Selenium Grid for distributed tests to speed up testing processes.
