Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Wildlife Conservationist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will work towards developing and implementing conservation strategies that protect our rich wildlife heritage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement monitoring protocols for endangered species.
  • Evaluate the impact of conservation programs and suggest improvements.
  • Provide technical support and training to field staff.
  • Participate in the development of conservation grants and funding proposals.
  • Engage in community-led wildlife conservation initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Master’s degree in Wildlife Conservation or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in conservation management or wildlife research
