Job Description

As a Science Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our communication strategy. You will engage with both technical and non-technical audiences while producing high-quality articles, reports, and other scientific materials that align with our mission to disseminate knowledge across the scientific community.

Responsibilities

• Produce well-researched content that adheres to scientific standards.
• Liaise with external partners for collaborative writing projects.
• Assist in scheduling interviews for data gathering.
• Ensure all content aligns with company messaging and branding.
• Use content management systems to maintain and publish content.
• Review peer-reviewed journals for sourcing credible references.
• Participate in workshops and training to enhance writing skills.
• Help train and mentor interns in the writing department.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform content changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Science, or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Science Communication are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in science writing or a related field
