We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will design and develop mechanical systems and components, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design specifications for mechanical systems.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and manage supplier relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Registered Professional Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent
