Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for innovative aerospace projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
• Analyze test data and results to optimize designs and processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in aerospace engineering principles.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality control.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance product development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace development

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MATLAB
• Familiarity with aerodynamics principles

Soft Skills

• Team leadership

Certifications

• Aerospace Engineering Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
