Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to join our growing team in Cape Town. You will use your analytical skills to identify inefficiencies in our processes and recommend actionable solutions, contributing to our overarching goals of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess current engineering processes and suggest enhancements.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste.
• Work closely with product development teams to refine prototypes.
• Train staff on new processes and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve production issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
