We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to resolve technical issues and support our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions.
Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
Engage with external vendors to procure necessary IT services.
Participate in IT projects for system upgrades and enhancements.
Regularly review and update technical documentation.
Support remote employees with tech-related inquiries.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
Relevant industry certifications preferred.
