Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to resolve technical issues and support our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
  • Engage with external vendors to procure necessary IT services.
  • Participate in IT projects for system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Regularly review and update technical documentation.
  • Support remote employees with tech-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Relevant industry certifications preferred.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and administration
