Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about quality and improvement to join our vibrant team in East London. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated tests to improve efficiency.
• Conduct performance and load testing.
• Monitor and report on software performance.
• Liaise with customer support to resolve user-reported issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Management Tools
• API Testing

• Problem-Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools: Experience with CI tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter: Hands-on experience using JMeter for testing application performance.
