We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead our projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive project initiatives from conception through to completion.
• Create and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations.
• Continuously assess project performance and implement improvements.
• Support project audits and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects

Certifications

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
