Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our team, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of hardware and software issues, alongside strong customer service skills. You will ensure that all IT operations run seamlessly, assisting users with their technical needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
