As a Civil Engineer with Leading Construction Group in Bloemfontein, you will lead engineering projects that drive community development. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Review contracts and specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Engage with local authorities and stakeholders as required.
• Train and supervise junior engineering staff and trainees.
• Perform site visits to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present documentation for planning applications.
• Coordinate with environmental consultants to ensure compliance.
• Update and maintain project records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
• Promote sustainable engineering practices in all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering or related field
