Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, allocate resources, and monitor project performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Establish project objectives and define success criteria.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document outcomes.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Provide mentorship to junior project team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management

• Budget Management

Certifications

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
