Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through to production.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Develop project timelines and resource allocations.
• Evaluate and select materials and suppliers.
• Stay updated on aerospace innovations and industry trends.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace projects

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Certifications

• Aerospace Engineering Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
