We're seeking an HR Generalist to be a part of our Durban team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage employee relations, recruitment, and the implementation of HR policies while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Facilitate performance reviews and talent management initiatives.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related inquiries.
