Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions such as recruitment, policy implementation, and employee engagement. Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes and evaluations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and employee mediation.
• Oversee benefits administration and payroll support.
• Conduct HR metrics analysis for informed decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

• 5+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibilities
