Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Leading Pharmacy Group, you will use your knowledge to provide exceptional health services. Responsibilities include managing prescriptions, conducting health screenings, and providing medication counseling. Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense and manage prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Provide expert advice to patients on medication adherence and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Use advanced pharmacy software to track and manage medications and inventory.
• Conduct health screenings for chronic conditions and provide relevant advice.
• Educate patients and the community on health and wellness topics.
• Conduct medication reviews to identify and resolve potential drug interactions.
• Promote health initiatives and participate in wellness programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Additional certifications in pharmacology or clinical pharmacy are advantageous.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice.
