Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans for various projects.

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for projects.
• Ensure that designs adhere to building codes and regulations.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and present design proposals.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Select materials and furnishings to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Work alongside engineers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Continuously research new trends in architecture and design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design
