Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects.
• Prepare project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
• Facilitate teamwork and communication among all engineering staff.
• Remain current with emerging technologies and industry advancements.
• Participate in trade shows and professional organizations to enhance company visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
